den start run lu~
suddenly lim bin call me run wif he..
den me juz ok..
he say he knt run too many ornot wil pengsan..
den ok lu~we run 20sec n walk 20 sec..
den slowly tambah..
walk 40 sec .. run 20 sec...
hurm..
about ending...
lim bin juz happy..coz he oso din think can run fin in 1 hour...
